VirtualHomes

name I am a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business, University of New Hampshire (1973) and after three years in the hospitality industry, found my future in real estate. With 30 years experience as an agent, manager and Broker/Owner as well as the founder and CEO of Virtual Homes (technology company), I am dedicated to elevating our profession by providing tools, training and support to real estate agents and lenders. Formerly one of the top RE/MAX agents in the network and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, my current focus is to continue the growth of our real estate and technology companies. I am considered a knowledgeable about Internet marketing (first web site posted in 1995), and developed the first RE/MAX Virtual Office (Boston, MA) in the network.
Since 2000 we have successfully integrated the use of technology into the real estate process through the Virtual Homes system. We developed and operated a Virtual Office concept in one of our previous RE/MAX franchises (RE/MAX Innovations - Boston, MA). This concept allows agents in all areas of the state, to work from home and are supported and managed through our Virtual Office System. We transitioned to Virtual Homes Real Estate in 2009 as a full service real estate brokerage operating in five New England states.
